續住的訂單，十二點前出門辦事，告訴前台打掃一下衞生，換一下床品，下午兩點多回來了居然還沒有給打掃，問前台為什麼沒有打掃，前台説還沒有打掃到我這一樓層，需要等待，還説沒有床單被罩可換，需要等到四點後床單被罩才能熨燙好，這麼大的賓館連備用的床品都沒有備用的嗎？那有打掃衞生得等下午一點半後統一一起打掃的！賓館的服務有待提升！
