Bathroom was not working as leaking was bad... flooded on the floor after use of basin.
The room was so cold with very strong and un adjustable system.

Location is within the transit/departure hall basement level. Helpdesk is unreachable and online chat takes too long to reply. You will not get instant check-in codes upon booking and they take forever to response. The booking is only for 12hours block which is not stated on the booking page. Room is borderline acceptable (bad odor maybe because it is on the same level as the washrooms) and they share the same facilities as the airport.

Need to pay special attention of the location of the hotel (room) during your booking. No need to pass the border during the transfer. Good room with clean towel and toilet.

I stayed at Nest Dayrooms for one night during a transit at Brunei Airport. The location in the departure terminal is very convenient.
While the room looked nice initially, the experience was disappointing. The toilet was dirty, the toilet paper was moldy, and there was no shower curtain for the bathtub, leaving the floor soaked after a shower. The toiletries were confusing—one bottle was full, the other empty, making it unclear if they were separate products or "2-in-1."
Great location, but poor hygiene and maintenance made the stay uncomfortable.

Self check in. You won’t be able to contact the staff/customer service if you have any troubles. And you only can stay for 12 hours. Not recommended.

私の確認不足がいけないのですが、出国後エリア内にホテルがあります。
深夜入国した私は、そこに辿り着く事はできず、ホテル代全額損しました。空港ベンチで夜を過ごすことになりました。
初めてのブルネイ訪問には使わない方が良いと思います。場所が特殊ですし、スタッフ無し型のホテルですから。
予約時に何度か事前に到着便や出国便の情報を提供しているのに、何も指摘など教えてくれないのは不親切に感じます。残念で残念で仕方ないです。空港スタッフやイミグレの方たちは何とかしてあげようと必死に動いてくれて感謝です。

If you have a long layover in Brunei airport, this is a great option. Just downstairs from the departure gates, it is just 2 min walk to departure. Includes some vouchers for drink and food machines, but even when one didn't work, it was only $1 to buy
