We booked the Executive Room, and the view of the serene Vembanad Lake from the balcony was simply magical. Waking up to that peaceful water and chirping birds was something else! The hospitality here truly deserves a 5-star mention – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You can feel their genuine care in every little gesture. The infinity pool overlooking the lake? Breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, especially during sunset – golden hour vibes guaranteed! The spa session was equally refreshing. The therapists were well-trained, and the ambience was calm, soothing, and rejuvenating. But what stole the show was the food. Every dish we tried – from traditional Kerala meals to continental selections – was packed with flavor and freshness. Don’t miss the seafood specials; they’re a must-try! a) The service is excellent and very fast, the staff here is really sweet and very hospitable, everytime we were asked on feedback of food or if everything is good. b) The food was also excellent, everything was cooked fresh and was nor stale, even the breakfast buffet was superb and very tasty, the fish was very fresh and the spice was perfect and excellent. c) We had taken the spa as well, the oils used in the spa was indeed original and helped relax the body, it was worth going for the massage, it really helped rejuvenate the body and soul. d) The hotel staff even helped arranging shikara boat ride for us, so we didnt have to go anywhere, the boat came right in front of our room and the we could enjoy a pleasant ride. Overall everything was excellent in the stay from the food to the service , spa, boat ride, we will highly recommend it to our relatives and friends as well. Thank you for making our trip pleasant and memorable
