Оплатил я проживание в данной отеле заранее через Trip.com. При предъявлении ваучера на заселение администратор отеля сказала, что с сайтом Trip. com у их нет даже договора и поэтому я никак не мог оплатить. Когда я попросил посмотреть более внимательно, то она еще раз подтвердила свои слова, что я никак не мог оплатить, т.к. нет договора и предложила мне отменить эту оплату и заплатить отелю здесь и сейчас. После долгих препирательств, она мне разрешила пройти на территорию отеля и начала куда-то звонить и выяснять что-то. Потом сказала, что она меня пожалела и из жалости только заселила. И только на следующий день сказала что нашла мою оплату, но при этом не извинилась, за то, что я почти сутки не понимал толи меня выселят и не дадут двое суток прожить, то ли что еще. Отель- вилла красивая, по этому у меня нет вопросов и замечаний, а вот по приему и обслуживанию остался осадочек.

If you are looking for a baecation or a perfect honeymoon then this is the place to try out soon. We checked into one of the rooms(Simba). The reception was warm, the environment was private with the pool, bar, and gym overlooking the rooms. The wifi was excellent, the hot shower worked like magic since we visited during the rains. Furnishing was top notch with catering essentials and entertainment within the room. Couples should definitely try this place.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours en famille dans l'une des maisons durant les fêtes de fin d'année. La propriété, à taille humaine (5 ou 6 maisons de mémoire), offre une ambiance conviviale avec une grande piscine bien entretenue. Le personnel est remarquable, toujours bienveillant et à l’écoute. La maison que nous occupions était spacieuse, très belle et équipée d’une cuisine pratique pour les petits repas. L’atmosphère était familiale lors de notre séjour, mêlant touristes et locaux dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement, la plage est à environ 10 minutes à pied, et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. À seulement 5 minutes à pied, vous trouverez l'African Snake Park : un petit parc, mais où il est possible de manipuler les serpents – une expérience unique et amusante pour les enfants ! Je recommande vivement. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour mémorable et bonne continuation à vous !
