Absolutely Terrible. Never Again This hotel was a complete disaster. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, the check-in process was ridiculous (one paper buffet card for 4 people, one heavy old key for the whole room). The room was filthy, smelled awful, and looked like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. The AC was ancient, the bathroom reeked, and the corridors felt abandoned and unsafe. The buffet food was inedible and unhygienic, the pool tiny and overcrowded, and parking was a nightmare, staff told me to leave my rental car outside and even blamed me for moving it earlier. I booked 10 nights but left after 2, yet they still charged me nearly half the total cost. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place completely.

They don t have wifi Rooms don t lock !! Lol Bad food and no choices Very bad service ! No respect Very expensive comparing the hotel services and rooms !! It must be a low cost hotel ! ( not more than one star

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order. I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle. There was a lot of activities during the day and then kids mini disco in the evening. The best animation team. It was good stay. My kid loved it. Thank you guys.

Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only stay for 1 night and that was enough for us. Staff at dining area were nice. Reception can be more attentive to visitors’ concern.
