GGuest UserThe hotel location is tucked into the woods with pine trees. All the staff members are super helpful and nice. They are also knowledgeable about private shuttles (Mr. Les). The bed is so comfortable that I slept like a log. The restaurant serves excellent mouth-watering cheeseburgers. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Idyllwild.

Health is acceptable, the service is basically self-service except for check-in, and the night sky of the forest town is full of stars.

The staff members are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. One of the highlights of the stay was the availability of quality bicycles, perfect for leisurely rides around the city or nearby attractions. This combination of a prime location, attentive service, and thoughtful amenities makes for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserBeen to Palm Springs a few times, it is the most beautiful hotel there. It is rare to have such a new hotel in the United States. The public area is very luxurious and beautiful, the taste is good, the price is good, the price is worth it in the United States! The hotel provides valet parking is also quite convenient, the surrounding area is very safe in the rich area, and the supermarket restaurant is also within ten minutes by car. The overall hotel is not big, but the room is very comfortable, I will stay at this hotel next time I travel! As the last stop of the trip, we are very satisfied with the service of 👍 and it is very recommended!

GGuest UserNice place to stay. It was a short straight forward drive into Palm Springs. Nice quiet location with a great pool. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in a hotel that included a free breakfast. If you want to be in the heart of Palm Springs it isn’t the place to stay but if you want to have a quiet getaway a short distance to town it’s great.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at Grand Hi Lai Hotel. I could feel their thoughtfulness and professionalism from the moment I arrived. The reception staff was friendly and polite, and the check-in was fast and efficient, which made people feel relaxed immediately. The overall environment of the hotel is very well maintained. Both the lobby and guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is elegant yet modern.
The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the amenities are complete, and even the details such as sockets and lighting design are very thoughtful. The bathroom space is also quite spacious, with stable hot water and strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use.
The breakfast has a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, the ingredients are fresh, and the meal is replenished quickly, which makes you feel the hotel's insistence on quality. If you have time, I highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Both Chinese and Western food are of high quality.
Overall, whether it is the hardware facilities or the service details, Grand Hi Lai Hotel has demonstrated extremely high professional standards, and it is an impeccable accommodation experience. Whether it is business or vacation, it is highly recommended and I look forward to it.

AannieCheck-in was reasonably quick. The room itself was very spacious, but the soundproofing was quite poor. As for the sofa bed in the living area, once unfolded, it felt like sleeping directly on the springs. There was no bottled water or disposable slippers provided. On the positive side, the parking lot was very large, and we could drive right up to the entrance of our building.
