While often lovely, the area is prone to harsher weather with storms and wind, and can receive heavy snowfall during winter months.Cell phone reception in the area varies by carrier. The cabin wifi signal is strong and can accommodate house guests and streaming devices.A Bear-proof metal dumpster is located near the driveway for your convenience. For safety purposes, please ensure all trash is put in the bins and properly secured. Trash left outside will be accessed by wildlife, and may cause damage or spread garbage as a result.Please be respectful of neighbors with noise levels.FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wild fires are common in CO, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of deposit will occur.WINTER: The home is open and accessible year round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow.
