ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT We had a wonderful stay here. The complex is well kept, tidy and clean. Our apartment was lovely, immaculate, lovely decor, comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower, full kitchen and excellent dining/lounge area. There is also an outside balcony with table and chairs and a wonder view of Pilot Bay. Onsite secure parking. Location is excellent, a very short walk to the shopping, restaurant area, also the beautiful ocean beach with its long wide boardwalk and Pilot Bay is 2 minutes away. All areas are immaculately clean and tidy. The staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly, always with a smile. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous room, plenty of space, separate bedroom, wasn't expecting that 😀 everything you need at your fingertips, very impressed!! What a shame i was only booked in for 1 night!!

As a business owner myself, I was absolutely appalled by the condition of the room and the lack of accountability shown by the hotel. There was visible mould in the room and broken window latches, which caused a loud, constant draft to whistle through the bedroom. We raised these concerns with staff, and to their credit, they acknowledged both issues, confirming the mould and the missing latche. But shockingly, they still refused to offer any form of refund or compensation. This isn’t just poor service, it’s a health concern, and at $250 per night, you expect far better. Cleanliness and basic maintenance are non-negotiable in hospitality. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere until serious improvements are made.

Very loud on the main road cars racing all night no air conditioning units just a small plug in heater wouldn't want to stay in summer
Spa pool was cold more than hot.
Nice walk from there to beach though x

Clean and tidy. Owner apartment. Good storage in bedroom. Fully fitted out kitchen. Helpful and friendly concierge. Good location. Parking interesting. Beach side view one row back from the water. Comfy bed. The little verandahs, decks were fun to sit on.
