We rented two suites when we were in the area for a family visit, and we could not have been more pleased. The suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The next time we are in the area, we would absolutely stay here again, and we've already recommended it to others.

I have generally favored using Marriotts, because in my experience, they have been the best quality with excellent geographical spread. However, you are losing perspective – the perspective of looking after the customer. I know it saves water and saves detergent to clean a room every other day, but the reason you do it primarily is to save money. When we wanted our room to be done, even though we!’re staying another night, they requested service and then ignored it for the entire day. On arrival from a day at a funeral my wife had to argue vigorously with the desk, staff to get anyone to turn up to do a room at all, and a keycard problem that demanded the changing of a room on our arrival, is why you get three out of five

Huge disappointment. In town for family gathering. Stayed there before and it was great, this year not so great. 1. Very noisy with people yelling and running up and down halls 11pm to 3am intermittently. night manager said he never heard the people right by the front door yelling at midnight as he was too busy dealing with rowdy wedding guests...at midnight. 2. Requested maid service on our third day there to give fresh towels and at least remove the trash. No one from housekeeping showed. When we arrived back at hotel and spoke to front desk, we were told housekeeping had left. This is not how Marriott Bonvoy usually treats their guests HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

My stay was enjoyable. The room was very spacious. Facility clean. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was minimal in choices but good. I would definitely stay here again.

First room 410 tv was not functioning so we switched to 411. Small repairs needed. Shower door handles loose. Toilet seat needs adjusting.
