Aloft is different from.other Marriott hotels however as a Marriott Platinum Rewards member I am pleased. We travel frequently up and down 95 from New England to South Carolina. This is incredibly convenient off of the NJ turnpike and there is a gas station adjacent to hotel. All things necessary when arriving late and leaving early for lengthy car travel. Clean , comfy bed and pillows and my dog is welcomed. Parking lot well lit and feels safe. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

I would recommend this hotel. The service at the front desk is always extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to meet our needs. The rooms are cleaned well and nice. No complaints for our visits

Dawn was absolutely amazing! We needed to make a last minute room change and she went above and beyond to help our group. This is now our go to hotel in the area. Dawn also made a restaurant recommendation in the area and the food and location were great.

Had a 2 queen room. As previously mentioned, door to toilet and shower area VERY heavy. Was sharing room with elderly mother, and she could not close it, I appreciated the stand up shower, but felt that the room and bathroom were overall dark, and probably not as clean as they should have been. Bathroom sinks were open-no door. “Closet” was across from sinks. Closet was a couple of hooks hanging out from the wall with a curtain to close it. Room is not my taste decor wise! Dark grey carpeted wall with tv on it, purple sitting bench below the TV -(why.. you could not see the TV from there, although it was helpful for our suitcases). Very dark. However, We slept just fine.

Overall we loved our stay! Every staff member was pleasant and so accommodating! However, tonight, Saturday the 22nd of April - the female working the front desk at around midnight was so rude! There was a party Going on in the room above us. Extremely loud and keeping us up. After calling to complain, the party continued. I went downstairs to talk to someone and was greeted with eye rolls and told she could not help me and could only call the room to ask them To quiet down. She then said I could get my room changed since she could not stop them from partying. With 2 children changing rooms at midnight was not an option I told her. She then rolled her eyes again and stated she would call the room. That one staff member truly ruined our perfect stay at this hotel!

Crappy cheap hotel disguised as a nice place Can’t find anything good to say about this place I would not recommend anyone to stay here The workers are nice but that’s probably cuz they get so many complaints
