Roughly 2 hours into my sleep, I was startled by a blaring sound. Confused, I stayed still, wondering if it would stop. I then realized it was a fire alarm. Worried, I tried to evacuate. I walked past the elevator, trying to find an alternate exit, becoming increasingly anxious until I found a staircase on the opposite side of the building. I waited outside with the others, awaiting an explanation and a day later, I still never got one. I anticipated a partial refund upon checkout or at the very least, an acknowledgment or apology. The lack of communication was unsettling, and that’s on top of the fact that the room had an odor, the pillows were uncomfortable, the bed sagged, you have to pay for a late checkout or early check-in, and the bathroom needs cosmetic repair.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an incident involving my son during our recent stay at your hotel. He was accused of inappropriate behavior while simply standing at the door, which is not only false but also deeply distressing for both him and our family. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, and I believe it warrants a thorough investigation. It is unacceptable for such accusations to be made without proper evidence or cause. Recently renovated, clean and safe rooms. We stayed on 2nd floor, at front of hotel. It was extremely noisy with guests, McDonald's doing landscaping at 5am (blower), and non-carpeted floors above us. Maybe request to stay at back of hotel, on top floor? Breakfast was not something to rely on. Stale cereal, limited choices on breads/danish/muffins and fruit that wasn't ripe.

My husband and I were in town for one night and this hotel was a great place for us to stay. They provided all the necessities for showers that we needed. The room also had a microwave as well as a mini refrigerator. The bed and pillows were soft and everything was clean. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here.
