We have stayed here for years but will not be back. The hotel has gone seriously downhill. Our "Suite" on the fourth floor was filthy. The rug was so dirty that we kept our socks on. The toilet paper holder was not on the wall, but on the floor. The front desk clerk did not return my driver's license and when I called the next day, they said they would not return it to me until I sent a prepaid envelope for its return. The manager was very rude "we are not the Post Office". I love Wyndham but this property needs work.

Good location close to many shops and restaurants. The room they gave me was nice and spacious. Would be 5 stars if the room was cleaned and supplied with fresh towels. After 1 week, no fresh ones are good service. I hope others didn't have the same experience as me.

The hotel is in a really good location for those who want stay close to Philadelphia with a more affordable option.
Although, stay aware that the place is not well maintained.
Breakfast really poor.
The staff are nice people. But the administrators seem to be cheap.
In a nutshell. The place have potential but the administrators don’t give value for their clients.

Room was very nice. Halls were clean. Someone propped the outer doors to the stairwells. A bit of a safety concern. Check-in was very smooth and staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Really bad coffee, generic bagels and fruits

Solid place to stay
Never could get the TV to work but was too tired after a long trip in to deal with it. Other than that, outstanding service.

Property is very dirty rooms are dirty carpet dirty overall very dirty hotel. Supposed to have breakfast included came down at 6:00 am as they promise nothing no breakfast available.

It was a decent sized room, however there was no microwave in room and the shower offered very little space. Nice hotel in a decent area with a restaurant and starbucks within walking distance.
