Miilan at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. She greeted me with a smile, made check-in quick and easy, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself looks great , I really love the new TVs in the rooms, such a nice upgrade that makes relaxing after a long day even better. Overall, an excellent stay thanks to Milan’s great customer service and the comfortable updates!

This hotel is noticeably old, elevators that make loud noise with rust in the room, moe in the rooms and bad smell inside.

My family and I had such a great experience at this Hampton Inn! From the moment we checked in, Nana made us feel so welcome. The check in process was smooth, quick, and friendly, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She is so kind, gentle spoken, and professional, but also has such a warm personality that makes you feel right at home. She even offered us fresh cookies, which made the kids especially happy! Nana is truly a beautiful person inside and out her smile and positive energy made our stay even better. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care, and Nana is one of those people who clearly takes pride in her work and enjoys helping guests. Thank you, Nana, for making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to family and friends because of the excellent hospitality we received.

The staff were very pleasant, the place looked very clean, room was comfortable and breakfast choices were nice and tasty too. Would definitely satay again and recommend.
