La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mount Laurel / Moorestown

I stayed at La Quinta Mt. Laurel, NJ during a family funeral, and this was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Night 1: My first room had no heat, confirmed by staff, and we were forced to move rooms at 1 AM. New room: When we pulled back the covers, there was a live bug crawling in the bed. The next day, after being told housekeeping had changed the linens, we returned to find the same dead bug still on the sheet—proof that the bedding was never replaced. Management never contacted us for two days despite repeated requests. When we finally spoke to the manager, we were told: “Since you’re here for a funeral, why are you worried about the room?” That comment was shockingly insensitive and completely unprofessional. Then we were charged additional amounts on two different cards, creating financial issues during an already difficult trip. And after all of this, the hotel attempted to charge us again for “stains on towels.” Between the unsanitary room conditions, the billing issues, and the dismissive, disrespectful management, this hotel failed at every basic standard of hospitality. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Nice place, parking nightmare I’ve stayed here before, it is a nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. The only issue I had was trying to find a parking spot when I got back Friday night. It seems that it was adult night at the amusements building next door and it was absolutely packed and those patrons were using the hotels parking spaces. The hotel had put up these pointless little barriers that had been run/knocked over that didn’t stop anybody. There was not a spot to be had in the front or back of the hotel. A front desk associate was kind enough to move her vehicle, since she was leaving soon, so that I could park. She was outside fixing a barrier with someone from the amusements building. I mentioned that the vehicles in the hotel lot that shouldn’t be there should be towed, of course, the amusements guy disagreed, but whatever. I’ll just say that if this is your hotel and you can’t or won’t guarantee parking to your guests, then you’re probably in the wrong line of work. Young lady didn't mention the breakfast time at check in so myself as well as my two boys ages 6 and 7 missed out on breakfast the first morning of our stay

The first night was horrible noise i complain 4 time they say they goin to give me a night free never happen

Coming from out of state my room was still dirty. Did not know I would be on the first floor right next to the bar very loud and bed was very uncomfortable.
