I am very disappointed with this hotel, no wardrobes, microwave, and coffee maker in the rooms but there is small fridge so if you put your food in the fridge, how do you get it warm, you have to go all the way downstairs and be in a line if you meet people there, very very ridiculous and very, very disappointing. The rooms are also small.

Nice clean hotel...but short on staff so suggestion is to do e check in and in advance in you have 4 in your party....ask for two extra sets of towels and washcloth because to go down and pick up the towels and wait on line fir checkins and oeople trying to py for items to sback on is overwhelming and with bo one to answer a phone when upstairs abd no staff to get towels whem there are those waiting gor front desk services is frustrating

Clean room, but small with no amenities
The room was very clean, but tiny, not much bigger than the bed. There was a nice television, and a mini fridge, but no coffee maker, no microwave, no dresser and no closet. We stayed for a week so it was rough living out of a suitcase for a full week, and we had to door dash Starbucks every morning. (We were here for a family event, and I wasn’t going to go down to the lobby and face everyone with no coffee!) The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly, but for these reasons, I would not stay again.

We like the Tru hotels however the room here was a little bit to small. Would have liked a tad more room

Had to wait for a front desk person to be available, there wasn't anyone around near check in time. Also no one at the front desk at check out. I was in a room right by the elevator it was loud, walls were thin.

I would like to recommend this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently well run it was. It was very clean and the staff were conscientious as well--from the people helping with breakfast to the people serving at the front desk. I had no complaints.

Very nice property. I always like to book TRU by Hilton because you know what you get. Nice lobby with many attractions, friendly staff, nice breakfast, gym pool and spacious room.
The MT Juliet location is great with many shopping and dining options.
