Loved this hotel. Hotel was clean, people working there were friendly and helpful, rooms were nice. The only thing I can say negative is I would have liked hotter water. Haley was very friendly during our check in. I would recommend.

BEWARE. The Cost to stay at the Elevation, Crested Butte is 40% higher than advertised. The $249 agreed price ends up at just over $350. Worth $249?

Excellent Ski resort with a variety of very nice rooms, many with mini kitchens and right on the slopes. Inside the hotel is a tex-Mex restaurant that is ope for breakfast , lunch and dinner. It gets very crowded at lunch with all the skiers so book a table or go early. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

So many issues in just 2 nights. Dirty sheets, hair in food, most uncomfortable bed known to man. Don't go, I would recommend the Grand Lodge.

We have stayed here in the past and were disappointed with many aspects of our stay this time. The room was dusty, towels were frayed and torn around the edges, our mattress caved in (severely needed to be replaced), the sheets had stains and tears in them, the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while, stains on the sofa in the room, etc. Also the hot tub was so heavily chlorinated that it made my bathing suit bleed and I still can't get the smell out of it after several washes and soaks in vinegar and baking soda. That can't be healthy. The quality of this place is lacking, especially for the price you pay to stay here. Will stay elsewhere next time, very disappointed as we have enjoyed staying here prior years. This is all stuff that is fixable and not just a simple oversight on the part of housekeeping - management/owners should look carefully at all of these problems. It's not fair to customers who pay a lot and come from far away to stay here.

Great place to vacation solo. Make sure you ask for a room with a view because the sunrise above the mountains are an amazing sight to see in the morning from the comfort of your bed.

Outstanding hotel! Gorgeous location. The FRIENDLIEST staff, hands down! Front desk-Ann, Danny, Tom, Haley, Ruby and Shawn were so great. They answered all my questions and gave good suggestions for places to go. Susan was super nice and helped with my reservation. The room was large and comfortable. Everything you need. Clean and well stocked. The restaurant Jose was good too. Renetta was our server. Real nice and funny. Definitely going again!

Worst ever! Rude and ridiculous. Booked 3 adults in a 2 bedroom suite but they didn't make the bed in the couch. Ended up sleeping on top of couch for 3rd adult. No apologies instead you should know to ask!!! Condescending & rude and frankly obnoxious manager.
