Your Mayberry Get-a-Way Cabin- Only 6 Miles from Downtown Mount Airy

Staying at Randy & Kim’s cabin was like a step back in time- we had such a wonderful stay. The cabin was so inviting and comfortable. At night you could step out on the porch and hear the music of the crickets! The cabin was immaculate. The decor was so fitting of a cabin in the country, beautiful. It was fun checking out all of Kim”s beautiful home-made yard art. We felt like we were out in the country but yet just a short drive and you are in town. Very convenient. We enjoyed coffee on the porch while sitting in the swing and the rocking chairs. We came from California to visit Mayberry Days and this cabin was the perfect choice.“Mr. Jingles” was a delightful kitty cat - so friendly and loving. He would greet us at the door every morning with his scratchy little meow!Randy and Kim are such nice, friendly people, great hosts. We loved visiting with them. Kim introduced us to their animals. The donkeys were so adorable as were the goats, ducks, and rabbit. Being from California we don’t have the opportunity to see farm animals!!- so fun!! The Keurig coffee maker and coffees were a nice addition for the morning. Thank you for leaving us the delicious bread and treats.We had never been to North Carolina before and staying at Randy and Kim’s cabin was the absolute highlight of our trip!! We can’t wait to go back and stay again! - thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Yes!! Love!! We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were so sweet and the host cat was the purr-fect little bright spot to each morning. He always greeted us coming and going. The cabin is in a very nice location and is very nicely decorated. We would love to come back if we are in the area again.

We hope to return! We had a wonderful, peaceful 3 day stay and would love to return. We had everything we needed and appreciated the snacks and cake for our anniversary. Thank you!!

Little slice of heaven!! As usual Holly Hill Cabin did not disappoint! Spotless, well-stocked (complete with a birthday cake from owner Kim and Randy), beautiful grounds and landscaping, adorable donkeys, goats, ducks and very entertaining Guinea hens. Enjoyed hiking at Stone Mountain State Park and Pilot Mountain and shopping and strolling around Mt. Airy. I highly recommend a stay at Holly Hill, and if you need an additional bedroom and bath, they have another beautiful unit available on the property. Already making plans for our next visit!
