Gena at the front desk was amazing, friendly helpful and efficient, Laura gave lots of insight to the area also friendly and LaShawn was a lovely employee who helped me to retrieve a very expensive item that I left in the hotel.

I didn't like that floors was dirty. Trash and dirt build up under the bed. Plus the bed made too much noise.

Do not recommend
The room condition was terrible. The wall had visible thick black mold and there were stains on the carpet. Crumbs and trash were left on the floor from previous guests. We tried to swap rooms, but were told that it couldn't be done because the system was down. There were no apologies for the condition. We were simply sent away.

Rooms I need to be more updated cleaning and get those lamps out of the room better pillows. The pillows are too small and better sheets.

The AC nor working properly because it was only fan, therefore, everything was wet by the humidity. The bed looked like was used by other guests before and nobody changed the sheets.

The bed was hard and the room had leftover cigarettes in it. one of the covers had a stain still on it
