Clean, comfortable room surprisingly quiet next to I-10. Shower and jetted tub slippery; internet was sporadic at best. Breakfast is spartan and poorly attended. Waffle House and Cracker Barrel.close by.

Very nice hotel. Location was a good stepping off place to go in any direction. Clean and updated room and entrance with very nice bathroom and shower. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff, often asking if we needed anything. We didn't give the hotel a 5/5 because the Wi-fi was very spotty and we ended up using the data from our phone to access the internet. Breakfast was the standard scrambled eggs and sausage, etc.

Room was clean. Service was great. They provided a lot of towels. The breakfast was typical for that type of hotel (waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc). I liked the coffee (it wasn't watered down). Breakfast does end a little bit early (9:30 am) if you are not a morning person or come in late. Hotel is tucked away to the side. It can be hard to see from the road but there are signs to point you in the right direction. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The property staff were all pretty welcoming and friendly. The rooms however were very motel-ish. Most everything was outdated, showers dirty. I could tell my room was barely cleaned because there were items from previous guest in our room . Aside from customer service it gets one star from me …. And I’m being nice . Not what you would expect from a marriot property at all

The room was disgustingly filthy ! There was dirt, there was food and dead roaches on the floor, stains on the furniture, towels, and linen. The chair at the desk looked as if someone released bodily fluids from “his” tip and it dried there. The tub had dirt stains and hair in it. We noticed as soon as we entered the room it smelled like cat urine. They refused us a full refund even though I presented them with photo evidence.

It has a hot breakfast, but it was not hot, the gravy was not on and the biscuits were rough but we did put them in the microwave and we heated it up quickly because we were in a hurry.

The bathroom door wouldnt shut at all. The hinge on the bottom was almost all the way off. I told staff and they did nothing. Didnt change or room or even address the issue. Very disappointed.
