Wow. Where to start? Nice front desk person. As for the room...extremely dated. Not comparable with ANY 4 star hotel out there in the US. No elevator. Hard bed. Old sofa with cushion wear. Furniture that screams early 90s (possibly 1890s). Hairs all over the pillows that would not confirm my DNA. Dirty lamp shades that look as though they may have been bought at a police auction after being used as evidence. Carpet is causing my feet to itch. But to be fair...there IS a permanent plunger in the tiny bathroom (because that's something I want to share with total strangers...right?) Walk in shower with no tub. Big TV. Refrigerator with small freezer. Microwave (probably purchased at same auction as lamp shades). Good AC unit. Small, crowded breakfast area. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I haven't found any criters or creepy crawlies. So glad I was the only one from my business group that somehow ended up having reservations made here and not at the Comfort Suites. Why have comfort when you can lounge in this hot mess? Advice...if you expect a hotel room that is built on comfort this isn't the place for you. If you want an environment your 8 kids cant destroy...then come onnnnn down.

I stay at the ramada two to three times a year when in town on business. Great lodging at a reasonable price. Neat and clean. You can check out my other review of this property. However on this trip not all was well. Not sure it was just an off day, but this time I was given a room that definitely needed a remodel. The bed was super lumpy and the couch, which appeared new, seemed to be made of concrete. Honestly did not know upholstry was available that hard. Was so amazed that I posted a picture. Retreating to the desk, I found the wifi, which is normally very fast, moved at the pace of a tortoise. Ok, so I will use the hotspot on the phone. Went to plug in the laptop charger and found the wall socket was so worn out that it would not grip the plug which just fell out. Just gave up and went to bed. 27J

The room was very cramped. Strange and very inconvenient to have the sink with 4 very, very bright lights directly in front of one of the queen sized beds. The toilet was very short/small.

This hotel was nice for a quick night driving through. The kids had a good time in the pool. It was very close to the freeway and had many options for food close by.

People were nice at check-in. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Standard freeway hotel breakfast. Nothing to complain about, nothing stood out as excellent either.

Great room!
This hotel is drab on the outside, but surprisingly the rooms are wonderful. Don’t let the exterior for you. This was the best room we had on an 18 Day Rd. trip. It has everything and then some.
