Lovely hotel, we stayed in room 511 and it was really spacious with Seperate longe. Bathroom fairly big. Sea view which was great. Staff very friendly. Food basic but you get what you pay for. This is a 3.5 star hotel and for a cheap holiday is just perfect. We have been twice now and will definitely be returning next year.

La struttura in generale è graziosa e abbastanza moderna. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Purtroppo la cucina è stata un'esperienza esecrabile: scarsa qualità delle materie prime - cibo riciclato più volte - scarsa scelta e menù ripetitivi e noiosi - niente carne di manzo o vitello - pesce solo 1 qualità di nessun pregio - frutta locale (mango e papaya) inesistente - frutta sciroppata dalla scatola - salumeria di pessima qualità (e ossidata) - niente pane integrale (solo quello da toast) - dessert per niente appetibili e fatti con le polverine, niente creme fatte in casa - niente salmone affumicato o fresco - presenti unicamente formaggi sott'olio - niente gamberoni o prodotti degni di un 4 *! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,ottima posizione centralissima ma tranquilla,tra la immensa spiaggia del Matorral e la zona dei negozi.Accoglienza impeccabile di tutto il personale e in particolare di Marina,sempre sorridente e assolutamente pronta a risolvere ogni evenienza. Estuvimos pasando unos días en este hotel de los cuales los dos primeros fueron sin agua caliente, el spa cerrado, el aire acondicionado no salía caliente y eso que en estas fechas estamos con temporal de viento y frío... Con hormigas en la habitación y el servicio de limpieza inexistente e ineficaz. Ah por cierto, el aceite de oliva virgen extra de marca La Española que ponen en el buffet del desayuno...MENTIRA!!! Podría ser de girasol o cualquier cosa rellenando la botella de cristal que tienen con dispensador... Aceite de color transparente y totalmente aguado. A los extranjeros les engañarán, pero a los españoles, NO.
