Todo bastante bien ,el animador fenomenal súper simpático y agradable,los camareros y recepción muy ambles ,la mayor pega fue la comida muy repetitiva y poca variedad lo mejor el desayuno ,el hotel está muy cerca de la playa y de las paradas del bus . Saludos

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in dem Hotel Fergus Cactus Garden. Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um ein sehr solides 4 Sterne Haus, das vollkommen zurecht die Sterne erhalten hat. Es gab keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Das Zimmer war groß, luftig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, der Service in jeder Beziehung erstklassig. Die Mahlzeiten waren abwechslungsreich, immer frisch und in jeder Beziehung ausreichend. Die Speisen hätten etwas mehr gewürzt sein können.

Troisième fois dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal à Morro Jable , proche de la plage et des commerces. Par contre la restauration est devenue catastrophique et nous ne sommes pas difficile. Ce n'est pas un club, alors ne vous attendez pas à de l'animation où très peu. En mars seul le bar de la piscine était ouvert!

Unser Urlaub war hervoragend! Das Hotelprogramm ist gut gestaltet und es ist für jedes Alter etwas dabei. Der Animateur Leni war der beste Animateur den wir bis jetzt gesehen haben! Die Kinder waren von ihm begeistert! Er macht seinen Job toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Hotel is in a good spot for beach walks. And animation guy was bursting with good energy. Food is okay if you're not very picky. Coffee is FOUL. Service staff is very nice, rooms are cleaned daily but ours had ceiling paint coming down like snow.

negativo per cambio camera,negativo ,solo inglese,tedesco francese spagnolo gli italiani non sono ben accettati ? all inclusive assente su alcune cose per decisione della struttura si paga ma non si riceve ,il caffe solo a dispencer mai riscontrato in nessun altro resort con operatori tipo EDEN o ALPITOUR e altri ,personale dei bar indisponenti e pochi, alcuni bar chiusi,al ristorante buoni pasti anche se al cuoco italiano dessero maggiore possibilità per fare piatti di pasta anche come sa fare,poca carne di manzo o maiale tantissimo pollo troppo,personale stupendo dolci eccezionli.Positivo gli ambienti camere ,ecc,negativo animazione solo lingua inglese .
