Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! Son emplacement est tout simplement idéal, offrant des vues à couper le souffle depuis les terrasses aux étages et les chambres avec vue mer. C'est un véritable régal pour les yeux ! Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre expérience inoubliable, c'est la gentillesse exceptionnelle du personnel. Chaque membre de l'équipe s'est montré accueillant et attentif à nos besoins. Un grand merci à Leni, l'animateur, qui a su apporter une touche magique à nos vacances. Grâce à lui, notre petite Éloïse a vécu des moments incroyables et a eu des étoiles plein les yeux. Son enthousiasme et sa capacité à divertir les enfants sont vraiment remarquables. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience chaleureuse et mémorable.

Un hotel calidad precio estupendo, instalaciones muy bien, los camareros /as , un diez la animación un 15 ( se nota que le gusta su trabajo), comida no muy variada pero lo que hay de calidad, por ponerle un pero a la comida, el horario adaptado a los extranjeros cuando estamos en España y son ellos los que se tienen que adaptar, encima de cenar muy pronto si llegas 25 minutos antes del cierre ya tienen todo recogido.En resumen un muy buen hotel.

El hotel en si ( edificio, estetica, localizacion) está bien, pero el servicio de limpieza no cambio las sabanas ni un día hasta que yo baje a recepción a preguntar si eso era normal y me dijeron que no, que me las deberían haber cambiado. El buffet es pésimo y eso hace una gran diferencia de que el hotel baje mucho su categoría: platos sin sabor y repetitivos, lo que hace que vayas sin ganas de comer nada, porque todo esta “sin mas”. El personal del hotel si que es muy atento y amable, pero con los dos fallos abísmales de la limpieza y la comida yo no volvería ni recomendaría este hotel.

Honestly, I didn’t plan on saying much about the hotel, but after meeting all the incredible people there, I felt like I had to! Big shoutout to Leni, Yunes, Jose, Aimad, Iman, and Gladis for all the hard work that made this trip unforgettable! You guys are the best! The hotel itself was solid—perfect location, just 5 minutes from the beach. The food was good, though it could’ve been better, but hey, there was always something to eat. Leni, the animator, was a legend. He made sure everyone had a blast, even those like me who prefer peace and quiet. He knew exactly how to balance it all! Long story short, the week was amazing, and it’s all thanks to the people. I’m usually not the type to go back to the same places, but this one? I’ll definitely be back. Much love, guys! 😘 P.S. I am not saying a bye

Stayed at Fergus cactus garden 29th january for 1 week with my daughter Room lovely and spacious with balcony Staff really nice Marina was on reception who is a lovely lady so welcoming Found staff very friendly Especially jonas who was a lovely young lad always had a smile and word to us The rooms were always spotless clean Excellent service off the cleaners This is my second time at fergus cactus garden Me & my husband will be returning in December Can’t fault the place look forward in coming back Mary
