Nice enough hotel, friendly staff, good location. The issue is that breakfast is a shambles. There are too many people on weekends and few tables so the lines and waiting are long. There is no system in place to make breakfast bookings and time / seating allocations. Also never saw anybody working at the pool bar, so that was a waste of a walk up 4 floors of steps. Safety deposit box doesn’t operate. But overall good value and worth staying.

I booked the room a few hours before checking-in. Both attendants were very delicate while receiving me. One of them presented me the rooftop pool and bar, which have an amazing view of the sea. Then, when I entered the room, I loved it. Totally aligned with the reviews in Tripadvisor and other platforms.

A localização é boa, o quarto é confortável, os funcionários são atenciosos, porém as trocas de toalhas a cada dois dias e as roupas de cama a cada três é um absurdo, no banheiro não tem suporte para papel higiênico, meu quarto foi o de n°41no qual o box e a pia estavam com vazamentos

A pousada está bem localizada com uma vista fantástica da área da piscina para a ilha, muito limpa , oferecendo um café da manhã delicioso e um atendimento muito bom, todos são gentis e educados, e em especial Paulinho na recepção, pois ele informa dicas maravilhosas de restaurantes, por do Sol e etc. Pretendemos nas próximas férias voltar a hospedar na Ilha da Saudade por um período mais longo. Gratidão!
