They don’t care about customers. This is my 3rd time that I am staying in this hotel and I give up . As a very long time loyal customer of Marriott BONVOY I was expecting a better treatment but forget about it . They don’t care if the rules that they need to respect and even give a room on top of the dumpster to the most loyal and recurrent customer . On top of it I was trying to watch TV every 5 minutes the screen is frozen Also coming back at the hotel around 4pm (I left at 7.15am) I was expecting my room to be cleaned and ready to use . Not at all . I called the front desk : no apologies They don’t care about their customers So perhaps good for weeding but for business travelers forget it

I came here for my cousin's wedding. I highly recommend The Westin. I'm certainly telling everyone about The westin. The rooms are nice and big and very clean.

Recently had dinner with a group of friends at the restaurant on the property, Blue Morel. We sat in the private wine room & it was fabulous. Service was on point, very attentive. The food was great as well. I'm still thinking about my scallops. I'll be back!

Mitchell the bell-hop was a five star. Once he knew your name he called you that accordingly. The Sales department and all management staff were on point. My group had an amazing cook to order breakfast and dinner on property that was just perfect!

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with a very attentive staff. Nice to see a friendly doorman greet you when you enter.

The hotel personnel are very efficient and helpful, solving all issues immediately. I’d like to highlight Mitch, the concierge, who is proactively very helpful and so kind. His good morning or good night makes you feel at home and welcome. He makes a difference! It’s som impactful when a hotel makes you feel welcome and safe, and his attention to guests lead to this. Thanks to all for such a positive stay.

Great accomodation, hospitality since the first contact at the entrance by Mitchel, the most nice bellcaptain. Caesar salad is also great. You can have it at the lunch and dinner easily

We had a great time! Mitchell at the door was very helpful! He walked us to our room and explained everything to us. It was a beautiful room and we had a great time here.
