The rooms were well equipped but sadly lacking in insulation for noise. The pool is clean but quiet enjoyment is not possible due to other guests playing extremely loud music and drinking beer in the pool. The pool should close at 9pm, however many guests were still partying at midnight! This was every night, we would have expected the management of the hotel to have done something about this. Breakfast was decent but bizarrely served on trays which wouldn’t have been out of place in a prison!

I have visited Shaan Coco Palm Beach Resort multiple times with my family and friends. This resort is located just a few meters from the beach, and its restaurant directly faces the sea. It offers great value for money. The staff is very courteous and polite. Shubham, the resort manager, made our stay extremely pleasant—he is a genuinely nice person. Shruti at the front desk was also very helpful and welcoming. Although the swimming pool is small, we had a great time. They even provided a good speaker for music, which added to the fun. The breakfast spread could be improved, especially for vegetarian guests. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money, given its beachfront location. My 3-year-old daughter especially enjoyed playing with the cat in their garden.

Отель находится на берегу моря, к пляжу примыкает кафе отеля где проходят завтраки. Рядом ювелирка где есть обмен валюты, меняют рубли!!!. Аренда байков. Поблизости много кафе, мы ужинали в кафе отеля: два вторых, вода пиво 1650 рупи, недешево. Поблизости нет нормального Маркета, есть микро магазинчики где продают Ром, пиво, да лапшу БП. Ближайший нормальный Маркет и фрукты находятся в 2 км нужно дойти до перекрёстка. Лежаки шейков на пляже находятся в 500 метрах. Море очень классное, волны в меру, вода теплая. Дорога к маркету и пляжу пыльная, пыль стоит столбом, ноги покрываются слоем пыли. Потом вся эта грязь несется в номер. Номер. В номере есть телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер, вентилятор, репеллент, чайник, чай, кофе, вода, гель для душа, шампунь. Вроде чисто, грязи и плесени нет. Номер оформлен в крайне минималистичном стиле и в целом подустал. На территории отеля есть бассейн, вода чистая. В целом переоцененный отзывами отель и место, позже заехали в свежую 3ку, около моря в Мандрем за ту же стоимость.

Had an excellent holidays with great hospitality from reception team. Staff from front desk was very helpful and goes out of the way to help food was good. Room was clean . Will return soon for next holidays

The resort is located close to the beach just 100m across. In fact it’s restaurant and bar is located on the beach with shacks and beach beds on the beach. You can’t have sea view room from this resort. The resort has a small swimming pool, a lawn and a parking. The rooms are spacious( I booked a deluxe room) and bathrooms are big. Cleanliness is ok. Staff is courteous and well behaved. The only down was that all complimentary things were not provided which were promised during the booking. Otherwise the overall stay was good. The restaurant was bang on the beach and served good food with average taste. We enjoyed beverages and veg and non veg food. It is recommended not book this hotel with meals. Go for room only option which will be more economical. Overall a value for money option

Very good location. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Swimming pool was also maintained well. No complaints at all. Preferred staying in Morzim for the lack of crowd. The beach was clean and almost like a private one as there were limited people, maybe considering the off season we went in. The rooms cost was very reasonable. The place is right opposite to their Bar & Restaurant, which is facing the beach, giving you easy access to the beach. We wanted to extend 1 room till the evening based on our return flight, and the management charged a very nominal fee to accommodate us. Only a suggestion-- the mattresses in their rooms were very soft ones, which are actually not too comfortable. Overall, very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this place.
