The rooms were excellent and clean.
Room service staff were extremely polite and helpful. Front desk staff were very accommodating and courteous.
Pool was clean, and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is clean, close to the beach, but not the first line, there is a swimming pool. Breakfasts are normal, instant coffee. The hotel is mostly Russian, located on the main street, so there are cafes, shops, currency exchange offices nearby. Very responsive Sahir, thanks to him.

There are few recent reviews, so I want to write. A good cozy hotel. As far as Indians can keep clean, they keep it that way, they constantly sweep, rub something, wipe, well done. Cleaning every day, the staff is polite, until the very night I saw that they brought drinks and even food to the rooms. Breakfasts are quite acceptable, you will not go hungry, there is a variety to choose from. We were the only Russians, but this does not bother us at all. We have something to compare with, we have been to many places - for Asia, especially for India - the hotel is wonderful.

Well maintained property with eateries & stores in walking distance. Professional staff. Clean room. Service & amenities are of a typical 3-star+ category hotel.

It is not a beach-touch property. Although, both Ashwem & Morjim beaches are close by.

It is a resort fantastic service , the highlight all rooms have a anti room nice ambiance, the pool is facing a rice field gives a feeling of a agricultural farm on the sea. The restaurant has a well stocked bar , and the food is quite good covers almost all cuisine , we tried Indian , Chineese and continental in our two days stay. Food was excellent, restaurant staff was really helpful.

Amazing service, hygienic, great service at restaurant by Mr. Rajat Roy he was accurate and polite. All staff at are helpful and accurate. Room service is also excellent and staff is extremely polite and helpful. They attend on top priority.
