A hidden paradise for beach lovers, Seawood Beach Resort combines comfortable rooms and a tranquil ambiance. The staff’s hospitality is impressive, and the beach access is unbeatable.

The property is not maintained
Horrible - WASTE OF MONEY.
The images shown and actual property is a big disappointment
WATER POOL IS NOT MAINTAINED
LIZARDS AND INSECTS ARE ALL OVER THE ROOMS
This is majorly due to no maintenance there are gaps in between the woods
Shower malfunctions geyser doesnt work
Fridge was not working properly they replaced after multiple complaints
Room is not at all spacious
Toiletries were not provided nor tea or coffee or sugar
Everytime we had to call out those guys wait for 10 mins for having something
No cups nor spoon in the room
Privacy was invaded no basic manners they directly open the rooms
They said they will sack him, i could see him working the next day carrying bags

Stayed here for a brief period, had a great experience. The receptionist Parmishvar, such an incredible guy- made the stay amazing

i had booked the pool facing room.
at the resort on checking in on 9 th november i was given room number 11 which had smell of cigrette and the tv was not working .then i was given room number 12 where the ac remote was not working.i had to again change the room to number 1 where the geyser was not working, kettle was not working and mini fridge was not working but atleast the ac remote was working so that i had managed to spend the night. in the morning the washbasin tap had run dry which was sorted out after 01 hour.
the breakfast also was totally mismanaged as the items were not laid out in totality and was delayed by 1 hour as per prescribed time.overall the experience was putred and i actually wants the full refund. and also share my experience with my friends and family members so that they also stop trusting for such bookings.

Property was good, the staff was good but room was not ready. Have to follow up with staff hundreds of time for towels, bathroom light was not working, tv and fridge not working

The property is not maintained horrible - waste of money. water pool is not maintained

Nice stay sea wood but receptionist don't know any thing how to treat guest but other staff is very good prameshvar ji very cooperative and helpful in all round work.

It’s a small place on the morjim beach road not having a private access to the beach. Everything you see in the pics is at least a decade old. Zero maintained. Everything is dirty, ill maintained and old. Paying anything above 1500- for this is totally not worth it

Booked for 4 nights. Property is so poorly managed that we ended up requesting for 2 nights cancellation with refund to which the resort and mmt agreed to. The rooms had molds, fans had dust clots, basin was leaking, toilet pot was leaking. We booked 2 rooms, and both the rooms had these issues. Since these aren’t fixable in a day, we opted for 2 nights cancellation and waited for our 2 nights to fly by. In short, poorly managed property that doesn’t justify the pricing.
