Everything was the best. And the guy Rintu is amazing he can guide you with everything. The food is amazing even though it’s a short menu you just love everything and their breakfast too. The also have massage options which is complimentary and really satisfying the beach is so clean and calm everything just 5 star

the hotel is beautifully built, with room designs that are truly impressive and among the best in the morjim belt. the aesthetics and thought behind the design are commendable. however, there are some maintenance issues that need urgent attention. the locks and doors in the rooms were almost jammed, and my balcony door wouldn’t even close properly. the balcony glass was scratched and dirty, likely due to the harsh beach weather and rains. the sanitary fittings in the bathroom weren’t functioning smoothly, and i struggled to get hot water during my shower. that said, the hotel’s proximity to saz, a fantastic restaurant, is a major plus. overall, my stay was decent, but the property feels slightly overpriced and somewhat run-down. with better upkeep, it could truly live up to its potential.

This beautiful beachfront property is just a minute away from the stunning Morjim Beach. We stayed in the beach house with a private pool, and the atmosphere was incredibly soothing, offering a peaceful retreat amidst nature. The customer service was excellent, with special thanks to Mr. Rinku for providing a complimentary massage even after checkout. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the pool area with better lighting and consider mosquito fogging to further elevate the guest experience. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It is perfectly located on the beach which is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very polite and helpful.

It's very luxury and comfortable stay. staff is very cooperative..but 1 suggestion is that for villa make good compound for villa Bacause of that there's is no privacy for couples..
