Nice stay Loved having a guarded gate, a washer and dryer,cleanliness and price. Rooms were chilly unti 7 am. Nice hot showers.

A perfect place to rest from a busy day touring. Clean, quiet and cosy. Reception and security were helpful and very kind.

When I rang to ask about the booking I said I was staying away for my partners 40th birthday and wanted to check the facilities were open when we were booking it for the Saturday night. Facilities included bar, pool table, darts board and swimming pool. I was reassured they would be and they were not open when we got there. The receptionist said we can use the pool table but the bar was shut. I was happy enough with this until the security kicked us out. I spent £82 on one night here and it was a joke. Would not have spent the money if I knew all this. The room was dirty and the bed had silverfish in it and there was nobody present to help after 6pm. When we arrived the receptionist didn’t know my name for the booking didn’t know how much money I had left to pay and asked me to load my email and tell him how much I have to pay. Very unprofessional and said he doesn’t work there normally and doesn’t know the system. Wish I knew all this before paying the remaining £41 because I would not have paid it. The service was dreadful, promised things that weren’t even there and a waste of money. I would really like a refund or an offer of a free stay during the week so I can see if it would be worthwhile staying there when facilities are open and maybe I could take some of this back.

March stay. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Needed a play to stay that wasnt too expensive and this ticked the box. Tea and coffee facilities and hand and shower gel in the room. Towels were plentiful and extra pillows also available in the room. A later checkout would make the stay even better. We were out and about so only spent a small amount of time in the room. We walked into moreton in marsh which wasnt too far, about half an hour.

Out sise nice insid3 bad Well not a nice room and says on email twin room and got one room small double bed for 2 very annoying 🙄 not recommended 😑

Excellent value accommodation Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again.
