Staff are friendly and helpful. They do give us a call for the bed setup prior our stay. The 3 bedroom apt we stay looking stunning, all the facilities they got are clean and looks brand new. Would definitely recommend to everyone if you wanna book a room with them.

Great accommodation for a self-sufficient stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable space for both meals and relaxing. Clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment aircon helped maintain a comfortable temp even though it was winter. While we didn’t end up using the pantry at reception it had a great selection of snacks, drinks, and essentials. The Quest team were friendly and helpful, we really appreciate their personable approach.

Everything was perfect apart from not having lifts to help with carrying bags upstairs and down again.

Room 16A. Arrived after reception was closed and from the moment we walked into the room we were confronted with a very heavy mold smell in main room, could not air out the room at night while sleeping nor during the day while out due to the screen door could not be locked. Everywhere you looked things were falling apart. Metal soap holder in shower had obviously fallen out of the wall mountings due to broken tiles and mounting holes to big for the wall plugs and screws and had only been pushed back in rather than remounting correctly. Main room air-conditioner remote mount also had previously been ripped out of the wall and then just pushed back rather than re-plugged and screwed. Car park light right outside bedroom window shone into bedroom all night due to block out curtains being so far away from the wall. Security safe could not be used due to batteries missing and no extras at reception. Exhaust fan in bathroom was clogged with what looked to be several years of crap. Bed so soft that it offered less support than a well worn out recliner chair, pillows so old and so thin it was more comfortable using the cushions from the couch inside a pillow case. No cover over the off white doona/quilt that you could see the sweat stains from previous occupants. Staff were friendly but in no position to offer any assistance at the time.

My room looked nothing like it did in the picture when booking. I accept that pics are always best case scenario but this looked like a different hotel. Room was tired. Didn’t smell fresh. No minibar or room service. My room looked like it would be noisy. Was on the building corner. I asked if this was the case at check in and was reassured it wasn’t. This wasn’t the case. I could hear traffic throughout the night as well as noise in the corridor.

Good service from friendly staff and a nice and clean appartment with plenty of on-site parking made for a pleasant stay
