Newly renovated rooftop floor with kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside staircase going up to the roof can enjoy barbecue and the sun. The whole family loves the stay and we highly recommended this hotel to families.

This accommodation is within 200 metres of the main beach at Mooloolaba, and at the top of the shopping *****. It is across the road from Coles and a major hotel. The accommodation itself is clean and very well appointed,and stocked with cleaning essentials. The unit is cleaned on a weekly basis. Management was excellent, simply could not do enough Our unit on the 6th level had a good view of the beach. It also had a small exterior landing with table and chairs: and from there access to an upper lever private lounge area with BBQ. However access is via a narrow metal winding staircase which is not all that easy to navigate

Awesome location with great hosts. This is one of your standard Sunshine Coast extended stay two bedroom, full kitchen type accoms. Beautiful view and prime location

After problems with first apartment we were allocated, friendly manager did move us elsewhere. We've stayed in many apartments before, and these rate highly for their comfort and inclusions, and generous-sized balconies, however we too had major problems trying to get the air con to heat on one of Queensland's coldest nights, and also not enough blankets provided - thankfully I had a spare in my car! Was very happy to see new appliances (toaster etc) as often these simple things are old and dirty and not frequently replaced. Great location to a variety of eateries and shopping. Overall a well managed property, but not that quiet if you're after a peaceful weekend.

A spacious, very clean, well-appointed and nicely furnished apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and cutlery, allowing for self-catering if that is your preference. There is secure parking on site. The location is great, 2-minute walk to Coles and a hotel in one direction, go the opposite direction and you have several restaurants, cafes offering a wide variety of choices. The Surf Club is within easy walking distance. The wharf area also has several nice eating options. There are also plenty of retail outlets to explore as well. There are wide paved walkways which overlook the beach front, making for pleasant walks. Playground areas and rock pools to explore for children to enjoy. The managers at Raffles are welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have about the area. Most importantly if something is not in the apartment or needs attention it is promptly fixed. We enjoyed our two week stay and we highly recommend this accommodation if you are planning to stay in the Mooloolaba area.

Stayed 9 nights, had a great stay the accommodation and sraff was great.
The only issue was loud hoin vehicles on the main roads..no the accommodations problem but was annoying

Great value for money. Location is excellent for dining, playground, waterfront and the supermarket is very handy. The heated outdoor pool and spa was a winner for the family. Apartment was very pleasant, had all you require. Friendly host. Would stay again.

Fantastic Location - excellent Stay.
Congratulations Raffles the apartment was sunny and very comfortable. Heaps of TV channels and Foxtel channels. Large TV screen in the lounge and med in the bedroom. Sliding doors off the lounge and bedroom. Big well equipped kitchen and big fridge. Comfortable lounge suite and good dining table. Our apartment was excellent.
