Apartment I stayed in is tired & in need of a makeover. Old 'popcorn' ceiling. Cushions old & stained. Bathroom needs gutting & redesigned. Needs fans, especially as washer & dryer in bathroom, as mold on ceiling & shower. Room needs 'spring clean'. Dusty & not vacuumed- clumps of hair on carpet. No plugs for bathroom basin. Clothes horse old & rusty Brush & shovel dirty & under sink with brush to wash dishes. Exterior entrance needs attention to tiled area, tiles missing either side. Pool areas great & tidy as well as gardens. Reception area dull also needs attention. Good location only positive for me. Could be great if renovated. I wouldn't stay again, prefer Hotels.

Fantastic service from Sarah, went over and above to make our stay perfect. Positioned in a great location, close to shops and supermarket. Walk to the beach, restaurants, everything you need is walking distance. Around the corner from the bus service to take you anywhere. We didn’t have a car and it was no issue at all. The apartment is clean and easily accessible with an elevator and steps to each floor. The apartment areas are cleaned each day and the pool well maintained. Cold water in the fridge on arrival, basic cleaning products in the apartment to keep clean during your stay. Small stove top is all you need on a holiday, microwave and decent fridge. Highly recommend a stay here great value for money.

Absolutely disgusting guest support... FAILED to send us after hours access details.... FAILED to respond to our calls and email on the fly as we were flight delayed out of Sydney... Extremely stressful.. Wife very upset as we stood locked out after a 30 minute Uber TAXI ride at 10pm.... Forced to stay in the ONLY hotel still open... MANTRA.. one night at $400.... An absolute disgrace... The Manager has no people skills nor brand awareness.. If she was employed by me .. she would be well gone by now.... Don't stay here..... They don't deserve your support.....

Lovely, clean basic 1 bedroom unit. I was lucky enough to have a room with a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool, spa and other facilities are clean and in good condition. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. I look forward to a return visit asap.
