Seaview Resort

It was a fabulous stay with gorgeous views of the ocean, and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. But if we are to return, or recommend to family and friends, the WiFi has to be strengthened. In today's connected world, the consistent on and off WiFi was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. You need to SERIOUSLY UPGRADE the bandwidth speed, as most people have mobile phones, ipads, laptops,,and just between my wife and I, we were constantly fighting for connectivity, along with the TV. The furniture, cooking pans and pots are old and scratched up so we ended up buying our own pots and pan to use. Lastly, you also need a handheld shower head so we can properly wash all of our body parts, as the rainfall shower head alone cannnot do justice. Fix these problems and let us know so we can re-book again in the future. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Seaview and would definitely return. Great location across the road from beach and right near shops. So great having full service kitchen and laundry in room which helped with kids. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Would highly recommend!

Excellent. Suite was nicely decorated. Clean suite. Beautiful view. Great location to restaurants. View from balcony was exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at Seaview in a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable to sit and relax in, as was the bed, and the balcony view was fantastic. Seaview is well positioned, being only a very short stroll to the esplanade and the Coles supermarket. There is a bus stop directly outside and with public transport fares being only 50 cents we took good advantage of the local bus network. Mooloolaba is a beautiful place without all the hustle and bustle like the Gold Coast. We have found our new favourite destination.

**Disappointing** Spent 6 days here with family, we stayed in unit 6, it was a very rundown apartment, it appears the advertisements are for a select few renovated apartments within this block of units. I decided to check with reception whether there were alternative rooms available, to which the lady at reception responded " Oh, you are in the one that has never been renovated." Although the people at reception and other people that worked there were quite pleasant, the unit was not. The apartment had a kitchen from the 1990’s, backboards were peeling, all appliances were bottom of the range and basic. The toaster could not even fit a bagel sliced in half! There was a hole in bedroom wall on arrival, broken glass off the bedside table, all of which had been reported on arrival. The carpet had so many stains all over it, the tiles had so many broken/cracked areas, the furniture appears to be at least over 10 years old. The aircon in the lounge appears to be a dodgy DIY installation, TV in lounge area had faulty pixels. Power goes off every now and again because the circuit breaker is too small for the voltage required in the apartment , taps leaking through apartment. I don't recommend staying here!!!

Lovely spacious clean apartment, easy walk to shops and cafes. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The traffic noise heard from the balcony is annoying. Pool and bbq area kept clean.
