I regret that I didn’t look carefully when I made the order and just made it casually. Let me start by saying that the service attitude is okay and the front desk is quite enthusiastic. The main difference lies in the facilities. 1) When I first entered the room, I found that it was extremely close to the conference room opposite. Everything written on the whiteboard by more than a dozen people in the conference room could be clearly seen, and there was no privacy at all; 2) I don’t know why I’ve always been assigned wheelchair-friendly rooms. It’s good that the hotel has such facilities, but everything in the room is very short for people of normal height, and the door is too big to open and close. 3) There was no complementary water in the room. I asked for it to be delivered but it was delivered once. The next day I found that there was no front desk and refused to provide it. The reason was that no matter how many days I stayed, complementary water was provided once. Although I don’t understand this logic, the point is not two. Bottle of water but poor explanation by the service staff;
