The location is convenient. The staff are friendly I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice. However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet. I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement. If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.

Location is good and clean, very comfortable , just have many noice on the street in the midnight

I like that the hostel is near Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. I chose a female dorm so it was quiet. I also like the housekeeping as they clean everyday the rooms. Plus points for the elevator!

no laundry, I cannot hang up my wet clothes:(, but the position is very good very close to the Centre

Nice staff. Good room though water always splashes out sink where you wash yr hands cause of bad faucet. All else good and very happy we could use kitchen area for study. Would def recommend!

男女混合宿舍 4 pax mixed dorm， 公共浴室 share bathroom) （4 People），bedroom do not have not outward facing windows, the only balcony facing inward is indoor and it is very noisy. Air condition is centralised and unable to adjust the temperature. It is super humid inside the bedroom. Hostel do not have FREE service putting your luggage after checkout, there are charges EUR2.00 per luggage.

Perfect location, close to everything you need in Madrid. Atentive and polite receptionists. Would come back again with a pleasure.

Even though I l paid for private room with my own bathroom, the shower head is the one that you have to press every 10 seconds for water, the air conditioner went to my face straight away and made engine noise. I’ll never go back to this hotel again, it was so much noise outside of the street from nights to mornings, I was waken up by drunk guys shouting, lorries connecting rubbish….

The hostel was really nice. The location is good, the staff is really welcoming and smiling and the room was nice. I was really surprised to get such a nice room for a really cheap price. The locker with its key are included in the price of the room and there was everything required to sleep comfortably. I really recommend it.

No hot water supply !!!! So its so hard for me to have a bath in that stay even we complained for many times

Even though we checked in at midnight, the front desk staff was still very enthusiastic to receive us and help us with check-in. The room was very clean and the public area was quite large. The only problem was that the wash basin was outside and it was a push-type water outlet. If someone washed their hands in the middle of the night, the noise was quite loud.

The overall design style is cool, and the small room is cozy, but later I don't know why the public space on the first floor was blocked and I couldn't sit. I originally planned to check out and rest before leaving. Also, the water supply is very inconvenient, and it takes a while for water to come out after pressing it.
