The location is great. Many places are easily reachable within walking distance. The room is comfortable with a nice view. Will come again.

Fabulous hotel from all points of view. Perhaps the interior, particularly the lobby, might be somewhat toned down. Highly recommended.

You can't beat the location--it's right off the metro and next to Coastal City. I had no problem communicating in English. The rooms were large and had wonderful views. I actually had a real desk and a proper office chair to work in, which I really needed. The breakfast buffet had a nice blend of East meets West cuisine. Overall, it was a good stay. But I do have 2 comments for improvement--no one says "good morning' or greets you in any way. For example, even when I greeted the waitress in Mandarin, no eye contact or a smile. Even the front desk doesn't feel that approachable. It feels very cold, which felt strange given the hotel brand. So I couldn't give a high rating on the service because of it. And the second point is that the pillows were so wilted--even with three of them, they just sank down like I was lying flat on the bed. I attempted to call to see if I could get them exchanged but no one answered my calls.

This is my second stay. Apart from the positives like excellent service and location, large room, a few nits could be picked: dated furnishings, poor room lighting, outdated gym.

What an outstanding experience!
From the moment I walked through the doors of the hotel, I felt welcomed, respected, cared for. The amazing front desk staff spoke perfect English, offered a free upgrade, and even sent up a fruit basket for our semi-anniversary. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. There was even a bathtub for us to try our new bath bombs! Also, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of vegan options.
If I could rate 10 stars, I would!

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a smiling young lady by the name Monica at the front desk. The check-in is a breeze and Monica was really kind and helpful and she even upgraded my room package. My 2 nights stay was extremely enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travellers.

It's a perfect location for me on spending a weekend in Shenzhen for a musical show as the theater is right next to the hotel while it's only 2 minutes away from the metro exit. Despite it's an old style hotel, room sizes are relatively big compared with those newly opened design hotels. Interior are well maintained and overall value for money.

The hotel is located in a very nice area close to many shops/restaurants and a very popular, lively walking street. Easy to get around and right beside one of the entrances to the subway. Breakfast was good with lots of options, the workers were friendly and the room was nice and spacious. We hope to stay here again if we return to SZ.
