Centrally located, comfortable room. I had a problem to access the wifi and the person at reception was very helpful to have it solved. Breakfast is very basic.

Easy access to the shopping mall

Near to Berri-UQAM Metro Station, as well as many bus stops. Front desk was helpful and polite, provided great service. Breakfast was decent.

The location is perfect as near to famous attraction such as Old port , churches and streets. It lacks parking as it is limited and does not have pool.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was in the city center and close to everything. We walked to the Old Port, where there were many restaurants and small gift shops. We also walked to McGill University and watched the church light show. There is a subway, and we also experienced the subway. The places where we wanted to exercise were not far away on foot. The hotel's breakfast was quite rich.

The location is very good, located in the old town. Go walk nearby to the lighthouse. The St. Lawrence River is only 10 minutes away. There are many delicious foods around. It's also very close to Chinatown. The hotel's price is very cost-effective. The service is also very good, with breakfast. The front desk staff was also very nice. Worth recommending.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Montreal. Parking is at another parking lot, about a ten-minute walk away, but it's fairly easy to find. The hotel has complete facilities, though a bit dated, but otherwise clean. The staff are very welcoming, especially the black security guard, who was very helpful in directing us to parking.

This hotel's location, facilities, and service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Montreal for business or pleasure. While the building and lobby are a bit plain, and the rooms are small, the hotel is meticulously designed with attention to detail. Every front desk staff member is fluent in both English and French, friendly, and helpful. For Chinese people who prefer hot water, you can borrow a clean kettle from the front desk. The room amenities are relatively new, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the Kohler bathroom fixtures have a well-designed shower. Most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient: just a 200-meter walk from Berrie subway station and all major attractions are within a 25-minute walk. For those who prefer a more relaxed stay, the nearby pedestrian street offers excellent Chinese and Western restaurants, and Shoppers and Dollarama are great for groceries and food. The only downside is the frequent presence of homeless people on the nearby pedestrian street. This is a common problem in nearly every major North American city center. I recommend avoiding Chinatown when traveling. Homeless people gather near the South Gate, and some Chinese people have been vandalized while parking nearby. Be careful.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so parking is done at a public parking garage recommended by the hotel. This parking garage's payment system is incredibly erratic: the time you scan your credit card upon entering the garage is used to calculate your parking time. Upon exiting, you must scan the same card to calculate your parking time and charge. This system is often inaccurate and is the worst parking metering system I've ever encountered.

Overall it's good, but there are too many people at breakfast and it's a bit difficult to keep up with the management
