Great location in downtown Montreal, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Loved the cozy lobby and on-site café. A perfect base for exploring the city—would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Excellent location - short walk to Chinatown and Notre Dame. Gated carpark within hotel vicinity for a fee. Hotel room needs refurbishment.

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

Hotel room is spacious, with tall ceiling, and clean. Located in a good central location near to cafes and museums. Bed was super comfortable.loved that there is a direct lift access to the basement car park - especially when it’s so cold outside!

The location was close to our places of interest and walkable from the central station. No comments regarding the breakfast as we did not add in the option but there are plentiful of food options around the hotel. From our room, we were able to see the Notre Dame of Montreal from our windows.

It's just a great hotel, with minimal red tape, Beds are comfortable ,all the amenities and a nice staff. Close enough to everything

Terrible! Upon entering the room, I discovered an opened, pre-drink bottle of water on the counter! I immediately called the front desk and requested a new bottle. They didn't even offer an apology, only saying they would send a new one. That didn't happen until the evening. The next day, I went back to the front desk to complain, but still didn't receive an apology. They even asked, "So you need a new bottle?" I don't understand what kind of hotel training could allow them to be so arrogant as not to say "sorry" to a guest in such a situation! It's rubbish! I will never stay there again!

Very good access to tourist attractions, safe surroundings, good facilities! Clean, friendly staff, parking fee is charged, but security is good and parking area is sufficient~ Satisfied in every way!!!
