This townhouse comes with two bedrooms, two and a half bath. The first room has one queen bed, the second has one full bed, and option to bring a blow up mattress that sleeps six. My place is a townhouse in the middle of Clarksville right off of the interstate. It is right across the street from Tennova hospital, 20 minutes from Fort Campbell, 15 minutes from Austin Peay. Pool is swim at own risk no lifeguard and I do not refund when pool is down for maintenance. If planning on using pool you must sign pool waiver.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Perform Walk Thru inspection of home and identify any damages..Please DO NOT ALLOW children to stand, jump, rock etc. on furniture.,Pool Rule

Amazing property with plaenty of wonderful restaurants around. We tried the best pho house, it was amazing. Very beauitiful property and community. Highly reccommend it for the price!

The home was exactly what we needed upon arriving to Clarksville. We had an extended stay and the host was easy to contact and fixed anything we had issues with. The host was so kind to us during our transition here. Will recommend to others moving to Clarksville.

Family visiting Family
It is nice to have a place of your own to stay, even while visiting family. This residence was comfortable. It allowed for privacy. The house was up to date.
