L'Horloge - Appart'Hotel Proche de Disneyland

We didn't seem to have such a great experience as other reviews have. We were not sent an access code prior to our arrival so spend 30-40 minutes trying to locate how we get into our apartment. Not ideal after a 9 hour journey. We arrived after the shops had closed so coffee/tea making supplies would have been most appreciated, if only enough for two cups of coffee and maybe some water. The apartment itself is very pleasing on the eye at first but it's not 'luxury', in fact it's all IKEA. The sofa and chairs were so hard that we could not sit on them and gather as a family. We found ourselves sitting in our individual bedrooms which was very disappointing, especially after long days in Disney. Thankfully the beds were comfy! Our main dining table was badly smashed. When we reported this to the customer service team, we received a vague apology and told the previous occupants had broken it. There was no attempt to make it safe and we had two children. Not only could we not eat at it, we then had no where comfy to sit to eat breakfast. The area seems very quiet and peaceful at first. IT IS NOT! At night it is anything but quiet and peaceful. The road seems to get busy and loud in the late evening and very early morning and the restaurant staff are unbelievably noisy. Banging and clattering bins & bottles and chatting directly outside the apartment windows until very late and then again VERY early. The restaurant manger was very rude and unhelpful on a couple of occasions. Would we return, no.

We stayed here for a 3 day trip to Disney. Great hotel, great location. 10 minute bus ride to Disney and close to local restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect stay We had a fantastic stay at L’Horloge - Appart’Hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Disneyland, just minutes away and very convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and stylishly decorated, making it feel both comfortable and welcoming. Everything was well thought out and made our trip stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely stay here again!

Great Ideally located for Dinseyland. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. 10 minute taxi from Disney and the Train station, reasonably priced with Uber (13 Euros). Hotel has all of the amenities required for a family with young children. Supermarket and all you can eat Asian restaurant are a 5 minute walk. Situated next to a beautiful canal which is perfect for a walk.

Great place This is the best place to stay if you have a car and are visiting Disneyland.

Tophotel! Close to Disneyland Paris but just far enough to get the authentic French atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Breakfast is on a watermill over the Marne river!
