TRUFFA E’ UNA TRUFFA QUI E TUTTI IL GRUPPO DI NARDO NON PRENOTATE Due giorni prima della nostra partenza ci avvisano che la piscina ha un guasto e tutto l’impianto idrico Del relais non funziona. Di conseguenza, non possiamo soggiornare lì. Chiedo il rimborso della mia caparra versata tramite bonifico istantaneo. Loro sono spariti, non rispondono più al telefono non rispondono all’e-mail Tutti i loro Hotel del gruppo di Nardo hanno i telefoni staccati Il rimborso non l’ho ancora ottenuto Farò partire sicuramente una denuncia Ho letto altre recensioni simili Non prenotate, sono truffatori

Personale molto cordiale, camera molto bella e spaziosa, struttura con un ottimo potenziale. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare la spa privata con bagno turco, sauna, doccia emozionale e vasca idromassaggio: bello. A seguire un bel massaggio! Zona iper tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Ristorante semplice ma gustoso. Colazione ok.

Beautiful little gem at the top of the world! We stayed for 4 days and totally enjoyed ourselves. If you are not using the facilities you must hire a car and visit the surrounding villages/towns or you will be rather bored. The gentleman in the restaurant was not convivial and really works very hard. Definitely worth a visit.

Posto veramente bello, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, professionale, lo consiglio vivamente, si stà da Dio, inoltre, il paese Monteverdi Marittimo davvero bellissimo, con abitanti speciali , ci torno sicuramente 💖 la spa e davvero splendida.

Ci sono stato 5 notti con un gruppo di amici. Confermo le recensioni negative e non le ripeto, una partocolare in più: non c'è il telefono nelle stanze, di notte il cancello è aperto e non c'è nessuno nella struttura. Completamente abbandonati. Una menzione particolare per il bravissimo sig. ABBONDIO, factotum del ristorante, lui merita più di 5 stelle. Ha salvato il nostro soggiorno.

Avevo prenotato per i miei genitori per 3 notti la camera con piscina privata, il giorno dell’arrivo vengono chiamati alle 13.30 per dire che la stanza prenotata aveva un problema.. li fanno comunque arrivare in hotel facendo 400km di viaggio e aspettare le ore 16:00 per fare il check-in per poi dire che il problema non era stato risolto… viene proposta un’altra camera di categoria inferiore per il soggiorno che purtroppo non rispettava le loro esigenze (altrimenti l’avremmo prenotata). Inutile dire che sono costretti a tornare a casa e fare altri 400km. Chiamo per parlare con un direttore, mi viene GARANTITO che sarei stata contattata e invece? NIENTE. Zero rispetto, ma come siete abituati a trattare le persone? Mai più

Trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno. Cura, simpatia del personale. Era un' offerta booking molto appetibile....per le mie esigenze. Serve sicuramente la macchina se si vuole visitare i dintorni. Noi scendevano e tornavamo tranquillamente dal paesino a piedi. Tutto è sempre soggettivo... Non fatevi influenzare da recensioni negative. Ogni viaggiatore conosce le proprie esigenze...e di conseguenza sceglie . Serate immersi nel cielo stellato e silenzio.... Io mi sono proprio goduta queste 5 notti trascorse al relais
