Monterey is a chill seaside city, we spent a very good time in Monterey. Hotel has good location, 2 mins walk to seaside, lots of cafe, bar and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Front desk generally unfriendly. Did not provide info for Wi-Fi nor any information about the hotel. Their name is Hotel and Spa but, there is NO Spa!! The spa is across the street and NOT part of the hotel 🤨 Be careful as you are charged extra for everything. Coff in room comes with dry, powdered creamers😝and is gross.

Check-in went smooth; top notch room & views of the harbor and bay. This is the safest hotel near the Monterey sea. In house lounge and restaurant. Gorgeous room with huge shower, balcony and comfy bed. Worth every penny. Valet, parking and nice cleaning staff too. Prime location; it was very busy with a conference happening but still great!!

I don't know where all the good reviews come from; this is a very dated hotel. The lobby is brightly decorated, but the exterior is all superficial, like a donkey dung ball. The furnishings inside are appalling; is this from the last century? There are curly hairs on the bed, I wonder which country's guest left them. There's also snot stains on another bed—disgusting. The shower and faucet in the bathroom are terrible; you wouldn't find such a bad experience in a domestic hotel. The value for money is extremely poor, at 2200+ per night, even Anaya is better. The old-fashioned air conditioner is incredibly noisy and keeps starting up, which is terrifying. I had to unplug the power cord at night to avoid adjusting the temperature. It's so old and worn. It would be nice if it were a little cleaner, but it's still dirty. It's a real bummer.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Fisherman's Wharf. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a good choice to drive along Highway 1 or come to San Francisco for vacation.

The room was clean and tidy, with seascape paintings on the wall. Breakfast was ordered, not buffet style. The lobby was nicely decorated. It was very close to Monterey Fisherman's Wharf, with many restaurants and tourists.

The environment is beautiful and the facilities are complete.

I was given a semi-basement room with a narrow skylight when I checked in, and I decisively changed to a second-floor balcony room. If you are not satisfied with your stay, you must change the room, otherwise you will feel that our Chinese are easy to fool. The area near the hotel is very suitable for vacation and very comfortable.

The location is very good, just across the street from Fisherman's Wharf seafood, good food. There is a very lively street market nearby, and there was a New Year's Eve performance on the street, which was a pleasant surprise

I just booked a room on Ctrip.com for 2145 yuan, but the price immediately dropped to 1992 yuan.

It's Christmas, and the hotel has a great atmosphere, with two oversized Christmas trees! There is also a Christmas tree and a small snowman as soon as you enter. The room is relatively ordinary, with a small balcony. There is a small pedestrian street next to the hotel. There are some small shops and food you can try. They taste good! Hygiene: quite clean Service: Not bad, I changed rooms three times. The first time was because there were children next door, the second time was because my balcony was no longer available, and the third time, they probably got annoyed and upgraded me directly hahahaha, no impatience. Environment: Everything around is very convenient, including Starbucks downstairs. (Remember to buy water from the nearby supermarket, water in the room is charged)

The hotel's location is good, very close to Fisherman's Wharf and the surrounding area is also very lively, but the price is a little expensive.
