Da residente delle Terme un solo consiglio: hotel da evitare come la peste. Struttura da 1 stella (se ne auto-assegnano 4) completamente da ristrutturare. Prezzi folli e completamente fuori mercato rispetto alle altre strutture presenti nella zona termale. Servizi inesistenti. Kit Spa (pagato 25€ a testa per errore, follia) comprensivo di un accappatoio macchiato e bucato, e un asciugamano da bagno al posto del classico telo mare. Assenza di sapone nel bagno esterno delle piscine, che oltre ad essere piccolo è pure sporco. Personale scortese, saccente e maleducato, totalmente indifferente alle esigenze del cliente visto solo come fonte di guadagno da sfruttare al massimo. Piscine grandi ma sporche e prive di manutenzione. Prenotate ovunque ma non qui.

Il punto di forza di questo resosrt sono le piscine, pulite, grandi e godibili anche in estate. Parco bellissimo e curatissimo. La nota dolente sono le camere assolutamente da svecchiare. Il ristorante è discreto con personale non sempre puntuale. Più da 3 stelle che da 4.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo acquistato un ingresso alla spa, personale disponibile, piscine praticamente vuote, molto rilassante, massaggio piacevole, struttura vecchia, con pochissima manutenzione, uno spogliatoio improvvisato. Sconsigliato a persone esigenti, tanto da migliorare.

Il nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel ci ha davvero stupito per l'accoglienza, servizi, pulizia, organizzazione, e per gli ambienti raffinati ed eleganti . La cucina è davvero un fiore all'occhiello per la varietà e la cura dei piatti sempre diversificati e squisiti. Il personale ha risposto a tutte le nostre esigenze con cortesia e tempestività.
