The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.

Overall the hotel experience was 10/10. “The check in/out was smooth, the room service was lovely and the views were perfect. I liked that the Secrets Resort was connected to Breathless Resort. It was honestly a perfect holiday. The only critique I would have is the hot tub in the top. was not the cleanest despite being cleaned and attended to by staff so we didn’t make use of it. Also on our last day, when we were supposed to be resting in our room after purchasing the extended check out there was significant noise due to works going on, on our floor which severely disrupted the rest of stay but by this time we were already packing to leave but it would’ve been nice to know that there were works going on and noise prior to buying this”.

Great Resort To have a Great time..Lots of fun activities @ the pool area..Live DJ with varies music, volleyball games etc.. The Live Band/Singers @ Night was exceptional..A MUST SEE!!!

We enjoyed our vacation in Jamaica very much and we cannot wait to return! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the rooms are spacious. Everything you need is available for you. We ate at the Secret's buffet many times and the food was delicious. There were loaves of fresh bread, along with cheeses, fresh fruit, vegetables, rice and special drinks. We had a butler who stands out. His name is Roberto and he is a fine young man. He took great care of us and is kind, brilliant, and caring. We swam daily and got to know the staff pretty well. There is a girl named Reika who we will never forget. She works extremely hard to make guests feel welcome. She never stops helping out all of her team.

My family and I stayed at secrets, wild orchid, but we had preferred club option so we were able to visit breathless as much as we wanted! I just want to rave on a young girl by the name of Reika! She was apart of the entertainment and boy did she entertain! She came over and even got my family to participate, and dance! She truly was remarkable and helped to make my birthday 1 to never forget!!! We went to breathless almost every day just to enjoy her contagious energy!! Also huge shout out to the bartenders in the main lobby in the evening!! They were fantastic!
