Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Had to pay over $400 US when checked in which was unexpected. Did not have good service at the steak house and food was no good. Enjoyed the Japanese cuisine though. Will not stay here again as service was terrible.

From the service upon entering from the Bell Man Silvester to the attentive housekeeper and front desk checkin, our stay was amazing even though it was short. I will be back for our family reunion.

My husband and I booked the Chairman Suite Diamond Club with butler service for 5 days and 6 nights with our two children. The employees at the resort were all nice and very helpful. The suite itself was spacious, clean and came with some included amenities that were very nice. But the room itself could use a lot of TLC. We had three balconies and all the cushions on the outdoor furniture were stained, broken or unkempt. They should have been discarded years ago. There are no outlets or proper lighting in the primary bathroom, so ladies good luck doing your hair or makeup. The dial was missing on the outside tub as was the stopper. The vanity lights were broken, the paint on the walls was chipped, the fan in the primary bedroom was stuck on high and the pool table had a seam in it that launched the balls off the table and into the slider if you actually play pool. There were no paper towels or silverware in the kitchen. But on the upside the fridge was always stocked, it has 3 bathrooms, great closets and the hairdryer was amazing. Room service was a mess. Good thing we had a butler. Once they brought us food and left without giving us silverware. We couldn’t get them back so we had to eat salads with nothing. Once they simply never came. If you call them, they simply don’t pick up. A disaster. The entire time we were there one of the two guest elevators was broken, and the service elevator was also broken. So getting an elevator ride from the 7th floor was a nightmare every day. We rode with bins of towels, cleaning supplies and loads of annoyed people all week. The water park was not opened on time. It supposed to open at 9, it opened at 10:30 because there was “no lifeguard” at the top but there were 4 lifeguards joking at the bottom guarding a tiny pool. Once it did open it broke after two hours and had to be repaired so we couldn’t enjoy much. The room came with one cabana for the week which was booked for our last day. The cabana was in a perfect location except it too was in desperate need of TLC. The sofa cushions were missing, the ones that were there were stained or covered in cigarette burns and the fan was broken. Our cabana person Tyrese was upbeat and had a good attitude but it took him forever to bring drinks. Him tending to multiple cabanas and joking at the bar really distracted him. We ended up getting our own drinks half the time. The 11:30 water aerobics is a great class. Everyday it was packed and each day the equipment was different. They all did a great job kicking our butts for the half hour. The culinary experience is an absolute MUST DO. It is the best food on the resort, hands down. The coffee shop is a ten, great coffee, good service. The beach was clean and the people selling stuff never breached the seating area. The DJ at the pool could use some help. Maybe some Marley mixed in? No chill music all week. Leo, our butler is a national treasure and whatever you pay Leo is not enough. He stands on his head for the

Chevanese was very attentive and was very sweet, she was always coming with my next drink as soon as she seen my current drink empty. Amazing service! The pool and beach were very beautiful, they always had fun games going on for the family!!!
