Deja Resort All Inclusive Reviews

The entire staff was awesome. Nelli, Rashaun. The food was authentic and amazing. Comfortable clean rooms. I found a new favorite resort in Montego.

There was no one there to pick us up from the airport even though I called the day before and was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived at Sangster Airport and waited at Column A, but no one came. We even tried to contact the hotel, but could not get through. In the end we had to make our own way to the hotel from the airport after 8.30pm at night. This is unacceptable. The room we had was near the top and there was no lift. There were plenty of stairs which was not acceptable as are both in our late 60s. If I had known this was the case, I would have not booked this hotel. The staff were nice, but the hotel needs a re-vamp.

Hotel is located on street but directly across from Doctors Cave beach. Friendly staff, decent swimming pool and cimfortable room with quality air conditioning. Inclusive meal plan is excellent with many options.

Bar staff,housekeepers, and housemen were excellent!! The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do. The food could use some upgrading as the rudeness of some of the front desk staff, but overall, I would consider staying here again.

The staff at this hotel are very reliable and respectful. You are greeted with a smile , and they pass you in the hallway. They acknowledge you. The only 2 problems I had were the food and the activities. There need to be more options to choose from, and for activities, please please put more effort into it. I had nothing to do, and I didn't want to go on the rd .

This resort was right across the street from the beach. The rooms were a little outdated and small, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also had a couples competitive trivial game in the bar area.

We stayed at Deja for 4 days with our 1 year old son and had a wonderful experience. The few problems that we had were resolved with haste so there isn't much room to complain. The food and drinks were good, the service was top notch, and the location was ideal. Having access to Doctors Cave Beach across the street on top of all of the resort's amenities was clutch. We would definitely book a return trip to Deja when we return to Jamaica.

We come here every time we decide to do a resort, amazing staff, food has a nice variety for people with different diets, rooms come with all the shower stuff you need which is great if you forget something. All in all Deja hasn’t disappointed me yet. Beach is right across the street and included in your stay, chairs are available to rent. Recommended 10/10

The workers were very pleasant the wifi was awful as for the food breakfast was amazing but lunch and dinner was not good but my overall stay was pretty ok .

Not the best experience at check in. Rooms were not ready for us and many other guests. No towels available before and after we went to the beach. The customer service however was awesome. The employees did their best to make us comfortable in the situation. The hotel itself was good. Food was ok. The beach was good. Be aware there is a cost for the chairs. Unfortunately we only got to use it for about an hour during our over night stay because it closed early and opened late.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful
