I loved my time there. The hotel was super clean and very calm which I loved. Only downside were the restaurant but the buffet food was chef kiss. Would definitely come back

An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

The hotel would have been good value for money if they returned my £100 deposit I paid on the day of arrival. Despite several emails I have received no response! In addition, when I arrived for check in I had to wait over 1 hour before being allowed to check in to my room, as compensation they allowed a later check out.

The experience was pretty good, the food was great, staffs were amazing. I stayed for 7 nights. I had some issues with my reservations, management team were excellent and nice. One of the housekeeping staff Ms Cereta. She was amazing. Overall my stayed was great, I would definitely stay there again.
