I recently spent my birthday weekend at Half Moon Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully kept grounds that makes for such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly made the stay special, they were attentive, pleasant, and always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a small hiccup when we got locked out of our room and had to wait a bit, but the team handled it professionally. They immediately apologized, offered me a complimentary massage with a glass of champagne, and our butler surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. Those thoughtful touches really made me feel celebrated. I would highly recommend Half Moon Hotel for anyone looking for a enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

Our company recently held our annual meetings at Half Moon, Jamaica, and it was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was fresh and delicious, and the grounds were immaculate, offering a beautiful, relaxing setting. Our meeting room was phenomenal, with an amazing view that made our sessions even more enjoyable. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. During downtime, our group loved the pickleball courts, which added a fun, active element to our stay. Overall, our team had an unforgettable experience. We would love to make Half Moon our go-to venue for future meetings—it truly exceeded all expectations and provided the perfect combination of work and relaxation.

Half Moon is an incredible place. This would have been our second time to Jamaica and first time to Half Moon. The property is incredible and an amazing mix of the original atmosphere with the newer "Eclipse" location. I wanted to call out our Concierge contacts, Dean and Tramean. They went above and beyond every day with us and I couldn't thank them enough for making us feel so taken care of.

My wife and I spend six wonderful days at Half Moon. Very easy place to like. Staff were great and the location is hard to beat. Worth the extra money to experience Jamaica again. The grounds are spacious and good views all around.

Wonderful property with amazing staff. Room was clean and location was close to beach and very quiet. Lots of amenities and the bikes to move around the property was a nice addition and made for a good workout. Food and drinks are on the pricier side but would definitely return.

Relaxing, beautiful and friendly wrapped into one special place! The rooms were spacious, and elegant. The resort is pristine, the service is wonderful and the staff is devoted to making your vacation special regardless of the occasion. I can’t wait to go back. Truly a home away from home.

Our family stay at Half Moon Villas was pure perfection from start to finish. From Gabby’s warm care at the front desk and Obrian’s on-call assistance around the property, to Ferdenan’s world-class butler service, every moment reminded us why Half Moon remains unmatched in hospitality. Ferdenan was effortlessly gracious and attentive. His intuition, and professionalism made it so that we didn’t even have to think; everything we needed was already handled. Not to mention Marcia’s meals, each dish bursting with flavor and Jamaican flair. The villa itself was a sanctuary, very spacious, elegant, and welcoming. The atmosphere reminded us of the warmth of home. Half Moon isn’t just a resort; it’s an elevated home away from home, where every team member plays a part in making your stay feel deeply personal. It’s where family memories are made in true Caribbean elegance.
