Sandals Montego Bay All Inclusive - Couples Only

For the Butler room it was beyond expectations, small, a/c on its last leg, no ventaliation in bathroom caused heat and humidity. We have been to many other Sandals with a butler experience and this by far was the worst. We will not be staying here again.

Went to Sandals MoBay with my husband for 10 nights at the beginning of February to celebrate our anniversary. It is so nice to escape the cold New England weather. The Jamaican weather was beautiful-sunny, hot with a nice breeze. We arrived at the Club Sandals Lounge around 2pm and after just over 5 minutes, we were being escorted to our room by Duncan, manager of the Loyalty and Travel team. Our walkout room WOFT in the Almonds Building was clean, cool and welcoming with a beautiful ocean view. Marcus from Club Sandals kept our in room bar stocked daily. They now provide big bottles of filtered water in room so you may want to bring an insulated cup with you. We went to most restaurants during our stay and found the food to be good and the service even better. Ronaldo was our very attentive waiter at Butch’s. For our visit to Cucina Romana we met Makayla, waiter in training assisted by Kim. Both did an excellent job. We had breakfast most mornings at Bayside where we had omelets made by the always smiling and efficient chef, Gamalia. It’s also nice to see Dalton at breakfast. He is the longest employed staff member at the flagship Sandals Resort. We went to Tokyo Joe’s twice which is efficiently managed by Horace. Hopefully upper management appreciates such a loyal employee. We enjoyed Terry Ann at the beach bar who also worked at the main bar in the lobby where Damon also worked. We spent a lot of time at the beach and enjoyed the playmakers Gerine, manager and Romario. The beach is clean and the water warm and clear. We managed to find loungers even as late as 10:30am but the palapas were all occupied early or reserved by butlers. It’s always hard to see some go unused for days on end while guests search for seating. We enjoyed the Diamond Luncheon hosted by the General Manager, Chris Elliot. This resort has the highest number of returning guests. We always recommend booking a future trip while onsite to get the best price and will be returning next winter to spend time with our Sandals family that we have met while traveling. We always use a travel agent and highly suggest that others do the same. Thank you to Mike McHugh at Dream Makers Vacation Services who has helped us navigate some difficult circumstances-during Covid, a flight cancellation for bad weather and assisting with changing rooms when we had an issue. He is always available to make sure every trip is a dream vacation. Till next year…

We feel Club Monbay was worth every penny. It was such and easy and non stressful way to travel to Jamaica. Great staff. Everyone was so helpful. Yummy food and fantastic drinks. We would 100% recommend Club Monday to anyone visiting Jamaica.

Absolutely amazing time here. Various smaller sized pools versus one big pool. All the food and drinks were great. Beautiful beach. Water sports were easy and entertaining. Enjoyed the various beach games and entertainment. Staff is top notch. Already booked for next year.

We had an amazing trip. Mel and Antonio were awesome!! The entire team is friendly. The dive team was very helpful and we had great dives. We ate dinner at all of the restaurants and had great meals. We loved this location last year, but this year was even better!!
