Beautiful older hotel that has been nicely upgraded. Good, quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the town. Room very comfortable except for the lack of air conditioning due to "seasonal adjustment." Front desk not accommodating at all with this. "Just open the window" they said, which wasn't enough, it was still too hot. I have never stayed at a hotel, particularly a spa hotel that didn't provide body lotion. A first. My questions regarding using the jacuzzi without booking a spa appointment ping ponged between the front desk and the spa. It was a wonderful, large jacuzzi which I finally found on my own. Maybe they don't want paying hotel guests using it? Odd. Could be a great hotel with a bit of staff training and a slight loosening of the purse strings. Cough up the lotion!!

Hotel molto bello, pulito, con personale allegro e sorridente Camera molto carina e pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, materasso e cuscini comodissimi. La spa molto graziosa anch'essa pulitissima, brava anche l'estetista a cui mi sono affidato per un massaggio rilassante. Mi sono fermato per cenare e non potevo fare di meglio perché ho mangiato divinamente tantoché, ho mandato i miei complimenti allo chef. Molto buona la qualità dei vini. L'hotel è vicinissimo al centro cittadino che si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi. Parcheggio esterno a pagamento, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in pieno relax e ottima accoglienza. Buona colazione e stupenda cena sulla terrazza dell'hotel. Spa da provare molto confortevole. Un particolare ringraziamento a Gaetano per l'assistenza a colazione e cena e ad Assunta per la professionalità e la celerità nel inviare occhiali dimenticati in camera dopo la nostra partenza.
