This hotel is genuinely a lovely hotel and like all of the others in town, it trades and does good business on Montecatini being a spa town; which it obviously isn’t in 2025. The hotel has a spa in it, like many hotels, but we came to this town to enjoy what its name suggests: Montecatini’s Thermes. Nobody, not even A.I. seems to mention the obvious fact that they’re gone! Closed and boarded up so they are. Imagine Pisa if the tower fell over and was bulldozed away! Why would anyone go? We had no complaints at all with this hotel but honestly, the Italians need to change the road signs and the map and call this place just Montecatini.

Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen. Und das liegt nicht an der Ausstattung oder den Zimmern. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln: sorgfältig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Nein, das Problem in diesem Hotel - ein Fünf-Sterne-Haus - ist der Service, denn der glänzt nahezu vollständig durch Abwesenheit. Zwar ist der Service beim Frühstück freundlich und korrekt, aber ansonsten muss man in diesem Hause sehen, wo man bleibt. Fragt man an der Rezeption nach Getränken, wird man angesehen, als käme man vom anderen Stern. Außerdem stört man das angeregte Gespräch des Personal. Oder man wird aufs Dach geschickt, an den Swimmingpool. Unterirdisch. Und keinesfalls Fünf Sterne - das ist auch in Italien die höchste Kategorie. Wir mussten uns rasch angewöhnen, das Hotel zu verlassen, um außerhalb des Hauses vernünftig und ansprechend versorgt zu werden. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

The hotel is one if the nicest we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and efficient. We had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a country wide strike meaning our flight home was cancelled. The reception team went out of their way to assist us with our plans changing. A special thanks to Esta Enna General Manager who arranged a taxi and a refund of our bill for the day we had lost due to leaving early. We received a credit note so we can return to this lovely hotel which we are looking forward to doing. Would higjly reccomend this hotel as a must do visit. Raymond Turnbull

Struttura confortevole con personale veramente professionale, Spa interessante con bagno turco, doccia emozionale e piscina riscaldata , bellissima la parte del Roof Top con Servizio Bar dove ad accoglierti c è Nadisha che ringraziamo molto per i Cocktails che ci ha preparato, Anche il Servizio Ristorante è Ottimo con Piatti Veramente eccezionali, la Nostra Camera era Pulitiissima ,ogni cosa era al suo posto e per Finire buona la colazione con prodotti freschi e ricercati Grazie a Tutto il personale A Presto
