Ragazzo giovane, ma gentile e professionale e soprattutto capace. Stanza: molto retro'.... Colazione: e qui inizia la nota dolente.... La cosa che salta subito all'occhio è la tovaglietta di carta, a mio avviso inconcepibile in un 4 stelle. E vedere la tovaglietta caduta a terra a causa di un colpo d'aria raccolta dal personale e riposizionata sul tavolo è stato ancora più inconcepibile. Poco professionali anche le "urla" telefoniche per risolvere problemi tecnici dell'attrezzatura. Le potenzialità comunque ci sono...

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel a distanza di molti anni. Ho trovato cortesia, pulizia, una camera molto ampia e un letto grande e comodo. Molto buona e curata la colazione. Forse comincerei a pensare a qualche ritocco al mobilio, ma nulla di così importante da impedirmi di dare 5 stelle

Even though the hotel had family rooms with connecting doors, they had given us a different room, splitting my family into another room. They could have given the adjacent room to our children who were staying with us, so they wouldn't have put us in a difficult situation. The hotel's room doors were very old; anyone passing by in the corridor could see into our room if they bent over. We also went to the hotel as a group for breakfast, and they crowded us into a corner of the restaurant. The restaurant staff rudely squeezed us into a corner of the restaurant. The hotel is in a good location. Furthermore, the reception and lobby bar staff were attentive and helpful. I would like to thank these two staff members for their helpfulness and kindness.

My stay here was around 10 to 12 years before the above date on this hotel, but it was the farthest back that Trip Advisor would go. I stayed here with a friend with a group tour by Grand Circle. I think we were given the worst room in the hotel, and when we tried to get moved to a better room, we were told they had no other room to move us to. If I wasn’t with this tour group, there was no way I would have stayed at this hotel. Part of the problem was with Grand Circle cutting corners and one of the things I really hated about this tour is their tendency to book us into hotel rooms with lousy beds. Often, I felt like I was sleeping on a board. At this hotel, however, my bed sagged and I woke up every day with a backache. Our bathroom was much worst, very old school like 1920s and run down. I never got to see any of the other rooms but I do think they were in the middle of renovating the place, and on the basis of my room experiences, it really needed it. I looked here through a good number of the photos people have posted on this hotel, and I recognize a number of the public areas. In general, these rooms look so much better now. They definitely needed a lot of work, but I can’t forget the awful experience I had staying here years ago. It ruined my time in this town. One last comment: this hotel has no pool.

Ho scelto questo ristorante tramite una smartbox di coppia facilmente integrata per ospitare la famiglia che nel frattempo si è allargata. Fin dalla prenotazione il personale è stato disponibile con un minimo supplemento è stata trovata la soluzione per poter passare un weekend in famiglia nel relax. Hotel elegante, camera ben tenuta e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Comodo parcheggio in zona con striscie blu vero ma convenzionate con hotel che ti permette di prendere il ticket a un prezzo normale anche per lasciare la macchina tutto il giorno. Bella l'idea di un drink (analcolico) offerto se non rifai la camera. Abbiamo preso la colazione a buffet che non offriva moltissimo magari per chi cerca tanto salato ma comunque completa di tutto e tra creme, cornetti, crostate e altro ancora non mancano le opzioni per fare un buon inizio di giornata. Comodo per chi è in macchina anche per visitare Lucca, Firenze e Pisa. Per Firenze in 20 minuti arrivi a un parcheggio con costi bassissimi e con tram sei in centro in altrettanto tempo (ringrazio la recepionist per il consiglio).

We used this hotel on a recent business trip to Tuscany. Easy to park outside on the road and the receiption will give you a pass to put in your car so you do not have to pay. Breakfast great everything we needed to start a busy day. Location is in town which is buzzing of an evening, easy walk to shops restuarants spas. The hotel is clean and tidy. Liked the feel of the hotel and yes we would stay here again.
